I’ve been busy prepping for my solo show in October at the Brewhouse in Burton http://www.brewhouse.co.uk/ . I’ve got some huge boards to fill so I’m pretty busy. The preview is on the 11th October at 6 pm; everyone is welcome. In July, I really enjoyed a trip to Norfolk to witness Paint Out Norfolk https://www.paintout.org/norfolk/ … what a brilliant event and so many talented artists. I’m not a plein air artist but I’m tempted to participate next year .. it seemed a lot of fun
Lastly thanks to the organisers of the Ashbourne Arts Festival. Not only did they select all three of my paintings for excellently curated exhibition, but one of my paintings Staithes in a Tumble was the runner up for the Peoples Choice award.
