Sunflowers

I sometimes cheer myself by painting a series of floral paintings. The sunflowers were somewhat past their best, but provided inspiration for this abstracted interpretation. I have always loved the boldness and vibrancy of sunflowers. Oil on board 51 cm x 61 cm.
