Lovely to take a break from it all on the North Yorkshire coast near Staithes. Weather was stunning and the sea warmish! Lots of inspiration from my favourite coastline – managed to find time for some sketching and taking photos for future inspiration.
Walked from Skinningrove to Staithes and visited the wonderful Staithes gallery. Thrilled to see some of Di Guttridges work. Di studied under Martin Kinnear like myself. Back home it’s time for me to finish off some pieces for the Wirksworth festival in September.Here’s one I’m working on ….
