I’ve played with a few art apps over the last few months. Vector Q allows me to play with my composition and experiment with different forms being eliminated. Glaze I use to free up my work on occasions – some of its options allow me to be more gestural. Most recently I’ve been playing with Art Pro. Art Pro allows me to quickly sketch using a variety of tools and an easy to use palette. I have been then using acrylic paint to explore the sketch on paper before committing to oil on board or canvas. If your are on holiday without your paints it’s a good option!
