February is most here. I’ve been busy applying for various exhibition opportunities around Derbyshire and beyond. It’s not the most exciting part of the job, but it has to happen!
More exciting was the preview night for the latest Friends exhibition at theRBSA in Birmingham. Quite a few people have said to me that the Friends exhibition is one of the best exhibitions of the year at the RBSA. This was the best Friends exhibition I have seen certainly. I was so thrilled that the judges selected one of my interiors My View is Blocked. Thank you again.
I’ve been busy working on new pieces to exhibit in 2026. It’s an interior inspired month certainly .. far too cold for sketching outdoors! Here’s a sketch for one of the interiors I’ve been working on.
Today I’ve just attended the last session of the excellent Create Growth in Derby. Thank you so much to all the excellent workshop facilitators and mentor Fiolomena Rodriguez. All the attendees reported getting so much from the sessions.
