Artbourne Next Weekend

Artbourne next weekend! It’s been a very busy few weeks. Artbourne is happening next weekend in Ashbourne with over 100 creatives participating. I’m in the Town Hall and it will be lovely to see people there.

I’m also really pleased to have three paintings accepted in the Ashbourne Summer Festival Art Exhibition which takes place in June. Rooftop Reverie, My View is Blocked and Seeking Sanctuary will all be on show for two weeks from 19th June also in the Town Hall. Ashbourne is certainly becoming a hive of creative activity!

I’m exhibiting at two other art trails in June that I have never taken part in before. Bonsall Arts Trail on the 20th/21st June and Six Streets Arts Trail in Derby on the following weekend. Both promise to be fabulous events with lots of talented artists exhibiting. I’ve submitted an entry for the Longcliffe award at the Bonsall Trail .. it’s called ‘Green and Stone’. Here it is …

On top of this, I’m also fitting in a weeks holiday in June once again visiting the stunning North Yorkshire coastline. I’m planning to do 3-4 paintings inspired by the Whitby – Staithes area over the next few weeks, watch this space!
