It’s almost the end of May and it’s been odd for me not participating in Derbyshire Open Arts. Such a fabulous event – I managed to pop into Banks Mill to see some of the exhibitors there in particular The Velvet Village and Jen Mason photography. My next planned exhibition is Art in the Park in Leamington 2nd and 3rd of in August. I went to an introductory evening in Leamington a week or so ago. It’s a big event and clearly very well organised. I hope to see some of you there.
I continue to experiment with some new ideas … playing with figures and abstraction. Here’s one I’ve been working on … it’s another in my compassion series .. but also involves an abstracted landscape in the background. It’s been fun …
